Every accommodation follows their cancellation policy which varies slightly from accommodation to accommodation. This policy is listed on the bottom of the profile page of each accommodation.
To cancel a booking
Please send us an email at CustomerCare@namastay.in with
your booking ID
what you want to cancel (whether the entire booking or a portion of the booking)
your bank account details in this email to which the amount is to be refunded
We will reply to your mail detailing the applicable refundable amount, if any
Within 12 working days, you will receive this refundable amount, if any, in your bank account
If only a portion of the booking is cancelled, you will receive a new booking receipt and the one sent earlier will then stand invalid
Date Change/ Part Cancellation : Rs.500 service fee applicable
