  • Acc no. 54591 :: A Luxurious organic stay on a tea, coffee, spice and fruit plantation 40 min from Ooty in Kollacumby, Tamil Nadu

This stay is a unique combination of eco friendly luxury accommodation, organic produce and wild life experiences located on a 140 acre organic estate.

This plantation stay has 3 bungalows on the estate.

For breakfast, eggs & toast with butter and jam is served along with a South Indian preparartion. For Lunch/Dinner there are two vegetarian dishes and one non vegetarian dish with rice and chapatis. All meals re served in the dining room at the Estate House. The distance from the Hornbill House to the Estate House is 300 mts and from the Pepper House to the Estate House it is 75 mts.

There are a number of exciting activities in and around the property like tea/coffee plantation tour, hiking, bird spotting and forest treks. Wildlife such as elephants and bears occasionally visit the property and bison are almost always there. Enjoy the view of the forest from the machaan at the edge of the property.

This is a heritage home that has been refurbished to retain its authentic and unique character but with the conveniences of today.

With its polished floor and fireplaces, this heritage stay is a great setting for a relaxing and luxurious break away. The cottage has a beautiful front garden with many lovely flowers and is an ideal spot to sit in the sun and wind down.

Perhaps you would like to play cards or choose a board game from our selection. If you like music, you are welcome to use the CD player - and there's a television and video player as well.

All meals are home-made and freshly cooked. Charges are-

Each room at this Heritage House is refreshingly different and eclectic, combining a rustic style with functional luxury. Rooms are with attached bathrooms that have bathtubs and other essential luxuries. There is a common room where there is plenty of reading material available from wildlife to biographies. The dining hall is quaint with antique chairs and dining table. The food here has always got great reviews from our guests.

There is a raised platform that offers you almost a perfect 360 degree view of the plantation and the forest beyond.

This Heritage House has been refurbished to retain its authentic and unique character but with the conveniences of today. It is set among set among two and a half acres of sprawling lawns and English flower gardens. With it colonial decor and old world charm, it embodies all things that make Ooty the perfect getaway.

At night, why not gaze at the stars from the lawns and then have a great sleep in our comfortable beds, with linen, towels and essential toiletries provided for your stay and have your fire place lit in the bedroom for the extra warmth.

  • Acc no. 54588 :: A three bedroom villa with idyllic views of the Nilgiris at Coonoor

A short drive from the bustling centre of Coonoor, this villa with Mangalore tiles and wide glass windows looks out onto blue hills, green valleys, tea gardens and a (sometimes) waterfall! Heaven!

There are 3 fully-appointed bedrooms. The Master Bedroom faces the valley and has a double bed, TV, DVD player and Tata Sky satellite connection. The second bedroom faces a tea garden and has a large single bed. The third bedroom faces the rear garden and has two double beds. All the bedrooms have bathrooms en suite with fully functioning amenities.
