The Mud House
There are 3 Mud Houses in total, each Mud House has 2 interconnecting rooms with a shared bathroom. Each Mud House has 3 double beds and can sleep 6 people. One of the 3 Mud Houses has a dual bunk bed that can sleep 2 children additionally. The Mud Houses have a great view of the plantation.
The Eco Cottage
The Eco Cottage has 2 double beds and an attached bathroom. This quaint little cottage having an entrance door made of bamboo has a cosy ambiance and a warm feel to it. This room is ideal for couples.
The Brick House
The Brick House has one double bed and two single beds with an attached bathroom. This room is ideal for families with children and couples.
Double beds with mosquito nets over it are placed in the open below the clear blue sky. Guests in large groups or those who want to gaze at the stars all night, under the light of the moon can choose to camp outdoors.
Guest can relax during the lazy afternoons on swings and char-paayes placed under a cool and shadowed tent. Guests are requested to carry their own sheets/ blankets.
Savour the taste of gently spiced food, slow cooked over a wood fire, served in hand-thrown, hand-painted pots. The food here is simple and delicious. Breakfast served includes poha/upma, fruits, herbal tea, regular tea and coffee. Lunch/Dinner includes dal, 2 vegetables, roti, rice, salad, pickle, chutney and curd. Food is prepared mostly from the vegetables grown in that season.

Only 13 km away from Ganaptipule & 13 km away from Ratnagiri, set in the lap of nature is this homestay that is a great place to relax and unwind amidst peaceful surroundings, offering complete privacy to all guests. The homestay has a stream that is adjacent to the property and apt for swimming in the monsoons when the stream is full and flowing.
This Homestay set amidst banana plantations and surrounded by hills offers 6 guests rooms that have a village ambiance with all modern amenities. Of the 6 guest rooms, 2 AC rooms are located in the main building where the host stay, 2 Non AC rooms are located in a cottage with each room having an ensuite bathroom and individual entrances. There is a tent room and a tree house that add to the beauty of this homestay. The main building and the cottage is constructed with the local laterite stone, and the cottage has Mangalore tiles and cow dung plastered flooring giving it an authentic rural village appearance.
- Acc no. 54781 :: A Jungle Camp located on the Ayarpatta Hills of Nainital
The Camp is located at Ayarpatta hill, one of the seven hills which surround the lake of Nainital. The camp rests among varieties of oak, rhododendron, devdar and various other trees imported from Europe during the colonial period.
There are 3 types of accommodation in this camp, namely tents, bamboo huts and a tree house. The Tents and Bamboo huts are tastefully decorated with furniture specially designed for them, which compliment the accommodations and the virgin forest in which the camp is located. The camp is set amidst varieties of oak, rhododendron, cedar, etc. on the Ayarpatta slopes of Nainital. Tents have separate toilets whereas the bamboo huts have attached toilets.
